Oral Presentations

Oral presentations should be prepared in PDF or PowerPoint (ppt/pptx) format and uploaded no later than the start of your scheduled session using the following link: https://uni-koeln.sciebo.de/s/sDZgfmEKoZppwCR

To avoid delays and ensure that the timetable is respected, we strongly recommend using the conference computer rather than a personal laptop. Exceptions may be made in justified cases.

We would like to draw your attention to the strict adherence to the time limits for oral presentations:

• Invited Talks: 40 minutes (including questions)
• Contributed Talks: 20 minutes (including questions)

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations will begin on Monday and will remain on display throughout the week. Please ensure that your poster is mounted no later than Monday 23.02 at lunchtime. Posters should be printed in portrait orientation, with a maximum width of 83 cm (A0 format).

In addition to the printed A0 poster, authors will have the opportunity to present their work in a 2–3 minute oral flash presentation, scheduled for Monday at 16:40, using the standard oral presentation format.
